I’m bringing back a series I launched when I started The Lush List: Make This Weekend. In these posts, I present seasonal recipes that are either simple to throw together and a few that will take a bit of time making it perfect for the weekend. This week it’s Carmelized Onion Arugula Flatbread.
Now that I’ve shared my Wanderlust Weekend: Cabo I can share my favorite find from that trip: a Coconut Margarita! Being that yesterday was National Margarita Day, I gave my Instagram followers a link to this recipe yesterday so be sure to follow me there, too. You never know what “extra” something I’ll tell you about!
My youngest daughter as started making lemonade or limeade all the time. She loves to cut and squeeze them into a glass, add sugar and water. It’s so cute! I’ve worked up a recipe to surprise her when she gets home from camp…Raspberry Lemonade. (And you only thought I made margaritas and other cocktails!)
Popsicles are our new obsession around here. Fruity, creamy anyway you can make them. There are a few great shops around but we can’t go every day! I’ve played around with a few recipes I’ll be sharing. These Very Berry Yogurt Popsicles are our favorite using yogurt. This is a great snack on a hot day and a fun summer breakfast, too.
