Sangria is one of my favorite cocktails especially for summer. This French Rose Champagne Sangria is inspired by my favorite cocktail at The Ivy in LA. I served it at a party last weekend and it was a hit!

Now that I’ve shared my Wanderlust Weekend: Cabo I can share my favorite find from that trip: a Coconut Margarita! My youngest daughter as started making lemonade or limeade all the time. She loves to cut and squeeze them into a glass, add sugar and water. It’s so cute! I’ve worked up a recipe to surprise her when she gets home from camp…Raspberry Lemonade. (And you only thought I made margaritas and other cocktails!)
Popsicles are our new obsession around here. Fruity, creamy anyway you can make them. There are a few great shops around but we can’t go every day! I’ve played around with a few recipes I’ll be sharing. These Very Berry Yogurt Popsicles are our favorite using yogurt. This is a great snack on a hot day and a fun summer breakfast, too.
Creating recipes for cocktails is a favorite of mine. This weekend we’ll celebrate the summer with an Organic Basil Fizz, a drink that will always take me back to Summer of 2015 at the Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives.
