Our weather is crazy. Yesterday morning, it was slightly cool and Noon it was in the 70s! It is now in the high 40s and is predicted to be “cool” for the next week or so. My mom laughs at me because I never check the weather until the morning but really, why bother. It changes so quickly here! I don’t worry though because most often you will find me with a Cuyana Alpaca Cape ready to go. I love this cape that I shared in the fall (so many of you did, too!) that I put it on my Christmas list in classic black. I’ve already worn it so much!
The classic black cape is so versatile and instantly adds a polish to any outfit. I wore it Monday with this dress to a fundraising committee meeting at Tiffany & Co and yesterday with jeans and a sweater…until the weather got too warm. I’ve pulled it out again for errands today.
In September, I attended an open house hosted by my fabulous photographer and friend, Mary Summers-Hafner, who also writes an amazing blog. She has such great style and I’d been hearing about Cuyana so I couldn’t wait to see the pieces in person. I instantly loved this wrap and purchased the tan color which I have worn over and over again. I’ll be taking the opal clutch I also purchased that night with me on trip tomorrow so be sure to follow on Instagram to see where I’m headed this time. One of my wraps will also be coming with me because it doubles as a great travel blanket and I’m always so cold on the plane!
There are also several great sales I want to be sure to share with you:
